Has CPR Special Form 174 attached: Waybill No. 906, Prepaid, 8 Pounds. Address is "From Mrs Wilfred Pelletier Pincher Creek Alta, Box 17 / To Mr W ? Laurie, 219 - 13 Ave, Cranbrook B.C. Other markings on box difficult to read. Includes egg forms for packing.
